Dance lets you move your whole body and is great for your health. It is a popular sport for all age groups, and can be learned at any age.
Dance is part of human culture. Expression in the form of posture, form and arrangement let dance movements reveal thoughts and emotions. They reflect the individuality of human nature, the requirements of human behaviour, moral concepts, the intellectual condition and our private value systems. The variety of ethnicities in China is reflected in the diversity of Chinese dance. Participants receive an insight into the facial expressions, gestures and movements of Chinese dance.
In the dance course for adults you will learn basic Chinese dance movements, rhythms and dance combinations, classic Chinese dances (from various dynasties) as well as folk dances (Mongolian, Tibetan and Uyghur).
