Chinese Bridge (汉语桥) is an international language competition for students, and is organised annually by the Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban. It offers students from all over the world the chance to come together, and to demonstrate their Chinese language skills on an international stage. The winners of the national competitions are invited to China to take part in the finale.
There are separate competitions for high school students and those in higher education.
The high school student competition is organised by the Konfuzius-Institut Leipzig, and will take place on June 15th and 16th, 2018.
The Germany preliminary is held at the Konfuzius-Institut Düsseldorf, and will take place on April 21st, 2018.
There are two different competitions: For high school students and those in higher education. The language skills of participants in the competition for higher education students should be at least HSK 5. Participants in the high school student competition should have at least HSK 4 language skills, and possess good verbal skills.
