Kungfu / wushu for children

The goal of the children’s kungfu training is to increase fitness/stamina, full-body, arm and leg strength, as well as improve response capacity, coordination, agility and flexibility. Children also develop their concentration skills and classic martial art values such as discipline and respectful behaviour.

Training content

  • Wushu/kungfu basic moves and positions (jibengong)
  • Basic self-defence techniques
  • Wushu/kungfu basic sequences with examples of use

For children aged 8 to 12 years.

Scope

Training sessions of 60 minutes parallel to the school semesters
(weekly)

Fee

€10 per training session

Sibling discount: If two or more siblings take part in the kungfu course, we grant a discount of one training session per child.

Our "Ferienpass" (school holiday passport) workshop “Chinese calligraphy and kungfu” also offers children the opportunity to try out the Chinese martial art kungfu for three days.
