The HSK test centre Munich

We are the only test centre in Germany to offer the new HSK test for levels 7-9.
As usual, registration takes place via www.chinesetest.cn. Please register there and select 18 May 2024 as the exam date. The registration deadline is 8 May 2024, midnight (local time: Beijing). The exam will take place on site at the Confucius Institute Munich on the computer. Computer, headset and other equipment will be provided by us.

For exam takers transferring outside the EU or outside the Euro currency zone plus a € 10 bank fee.

Please transfer the examination fee to our account before the registration deadline. In the transaction purpose please state the name of the examinee and the HSK level. If there is no evidence of a money transfer before the registration deadline, then your registration is unfortunately invalid, and you cannot take part in the examination.

HSK 5 to 9 examinations at the Munich test centre are only possible on the computer. Please note that participation in the computer-based examinations takes place on site at the test centre in Munich.
For HSK 1 to 4 we offer the paper-based examination.

Registration for the Chinese language examinations HSK, HSKK and YCT in the Munich test centre can only be made online, on the Chinese Testing International website: www.chinesetest.cn. The registration deadline is usually 31 days before the examination date. The registration deadline for the computer-based examination is approx. 14 days before the examination date.

For the registration please keep your identification document (identity card or passport) and a digital passport photo handy (obligatory for all HSKK levels and HSK from level 4).

How to register online

• Visit the following website: www.chinesetest.cn
• In the top right select "English" as the language
• Log in with your user details, or register as a new user under "new user".
• In the menu click on "test registration", and select the test type (HSK/HSKK/YCT) and the level.
• Enter "Confucius Institute Munich" as the test centre.
• Now enter your personal information and upload your photo.
• Transfer the examination fee to our account (see examination fees tab).
  Registration is only successfully completed if the examination fee has been credited to our account before the registration deadline.
  Please check the Chinese test user portal after 5 working days to see whether the status shows "paid".

Important: After registration on chinestest.cn you will always receive an confirmation email within seven days. (Please also look in your spam folder!) If you have not received this email after seven days, please contact us (hsk(at)konfuzius-muenchen.de).

The examination results can be viewed on www.chinesetest.cn 30 days after the examination by using your admission ticket.

All examinees will be informed by email when their certificates are ready to be picked up (approx. 6 to 8 weeks after the examination date).

We may also send your certificate by post if needed. Please provide us with a stamped and addressed envelope at the HSK examination.

It is not possible to withdraw from the examination after the registration deadline. If you are unable to attend at short notice, please send us a short message by e-mail.
